Coming from an athletic background, I have been training for 9 years total, have gone from a skinny 77kg all the way up to 98kg naturally, without ever gaining excess fat. Through a combination of bodybuilding techniques and strength training, I’ve built an aesthetic physique, and elite, competitive level strength, competing nationally in British Powerlifting multiple times, all while maintaining a lean physique.
This lifestyle and physique has brought me many opportunities, working with massive brands and kickstarted my fitness modeling career, featuring on billboards across London, and E-commerce websites for fitness brands. I believe genuinely enjoying your training and looking forward to it rather than seeing it as something you HAVE to do is what makes the difference in people who make mediocre progress and those who excel exceptionally.
