Coming from an athletic background, I’ve spent 10+ years building my physique and strength naturally, going from 77kg to 98kg while staying lean. Through bodybuilding and strength training, I’ve built an aesthetic physique with competitive-level strength, competing nationally in British Powerlifting multiple times.
My coaching is for individuals who want to build muscle, get leaner, lose body fat, and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
